so we've seen the proliferation in compression socks at races the past few years.
What about compression shorts? It seems like they could make the legs feel better, especially late in the race when the legs get wobbly.
I noticed Viktor Rothlin was the only pro wearing tight shorts at NYC, are these just spandex, or actual firm compression?
I have one pair of running shorts with built-in compression shorts, and they feel pretty good during runs. I have my first marathon next spring, and I'm thinking of trying the compression shorts.
Anyone have any experience, advice, or favorite types to try?
