Hey LR, how can someone be great in practice, then suck in a meet? Take this for example, I ran 35:12 for five miles a couple days ago (I think that's good, considering I'm in mid-school) at practice. Now the meet comes, and I run a 15:52 4K. I get beat by half my team who ran 39:00 and higher that five mile day. I don't get it, is it something wrong with my ability to run at meets that makes me suck so much? Or is it I'm just not a fast runner and I should just throw in the towel?
