Should he go with em, or just hang back and play catch up?

Are you assuming he could cover that move if he chose?
Take off his clothes and pose for pictures.
I think he should just go with the crew and after the three 4:25 miles, he should drop a 4:15, and see who is for real.

Hall tends to be a one-gear runner. He didn't even run 4:15 for the mile race in Minnesota this year.
One-gear like when he won the Trials....
The real question is whether he CAN go with them or not...
He has Jordan Hasay and that Jesus fellow on his side, that is pretty much unstoppable!!
I will be sitting in my jammies tomorrow morning, rooting him on while I munch on some Granola Cereal!
Go Ryan!!!!!
He will be lucky to beat his mother-in-law who is also doing the Marathon in Chicago! http://www.flotrack.org/coverage/240111-Chicago-Marathon-2011-Videos-and-Results/video/509530-Sara-Hall-coaches-her-mom-to-her-first-marathon-at-the-Chicago-Marathon
What is moses and the crew when ryan runs 4.15s back to back for the first 10 miles???

Yea, when they decided to cover the move and he blitzes by them running 26:00 for the first 10k.
And thats before he decides to pick up the pace.
Then he'll turn around, at the finish, and be like "Boom, bitch. Suck my nutzzzzz!"
The real question is: Will Ryan still be with the lead pack at mile 16 when the real racing starts?
he should just slow down, this is a fast race.

Sara...wow.
Its very simple.... Ryan... If your out there... Get on the track and just focus on increasing your speed. Without 26/27 min 10k leg speed you will never be able to beat the kenyans. They simply just have more top end speed and they train in groups.

wow is right. i've seen her in person and obviously in race photos, but that is a very flattering video of her. So Ryan has that going for him, which is nice.
