Under the new rule ixed race times are no longer legally counted as world records for women; then this must also apply to men...(using their own twisted and feeble logic).
You see they did not say pacing was illegal, just being in a race with the opposite sex natually DQ female times from world records - then why would you allow males times with females in the race?
If the rules want to say drafting is illegal - then make the rules read to state that. This would apply fairly to both men and women...as the new rule is now stated this is perhaps the most sexist rule since not allowing women to run any distance longer than 10,000 meters from many years back.
this reminds me of the state rule that high school girls have had to have their hair restained somehow...for many years this applies to only girls with long hair - finally someone realized that if having long hair flowing during a race could cause a problem, it could be caused by male hair just as easily as it could be female hair. The rule now state long hair must be restained etc.- not girls' hair must be restrained....
