Loads of Africans distance runners married to each other. Quite common over here too. You'll find that while they may not also be professionals, the other halves of alot of American runners were also runners at high school/collegiate level
John Easker and Cathy Branta- 1980's. John finished as high as 10th at World Cross Country and Cathy was 3rd one year I believe. All of their kids are runners.
You left off Ruth and Tom Wysocki.
