The title sums it up pretty well but here is some additional information. i'm 6 foot 4 and 155 pounds, still 16, wont turn 17 until november. my pr from last season is 16:42, off about 30 mpw, my usual schedula is workouts on tuesday and thursday, a long run saturday, and moderate runs all the other days except friday is an easy day(3 miles). i trained about 30 mpw most of the summer without long runs or workouts, now after 3 weeks of practice ive been running 30-35 mpw with workouts and long runs and feeling pretty good, i ran a 16:28 5k for practice yesterday, and i was wondering how many miles i should be putting in if i want to be under 16:00 within a few weeks. thanks for the help.
