It was discussed before and in this article he says one full day of rest per week. Again, that doesn't mean there are only 6 workouts per week. He probably still gets 12 runs per week.
Overall, interesting read and yes it says he is moving to be closer to his church.
IDK, I just have the feeling that he had success initially with reducing mileage and adding rest, emphasizing quality over quantity. However, I'm concerned that this may lead to immediate results (as it has) but not going to be beneficial in the long term.
