Lets imagine that an 800m runner can only train once per day due to time constraint.
whats the best way to improve in the long term?
-Try to run faster on intervals?
-Icrease volume of intervalwork?
-Increase number of "hard days" from f.ex 3 to 4?
-Increase length of easy runs/long run?
Other better ways to improve?
Right now I am doing 3 hard sessions per week, rest is easy running. Once per day.
