A Roman mile is 1481 Meters, so if you kept up that pace for a full mile (1609 Meters) you would run just under 4:09.
But can you do it in a toga?
Spartan mile, run a mile while carrying a 50 lb stone in front of you. That's a workout the idiots at Crossfit do anyway. Nevermind that carrying a heavy rock in front of you is probably one of the least efficient ways of doing it.
