Good for leer, he has been stuck at 3:37 for years and I think it started to become a mental barrier. He looked great here and at USATF. If he gets in the right race I think he can get the A standard for next year.
That's exactly what I've been thinking. After 4 years at 3:37, just seeing anything with a 3:36.xx would be good mentally, and could propel him to another second or two drop off his PR.
