Hi, try this fitness/strength test. Start out by getting into pushup position. Except your not doing a pushup, instead do something different. Lower your body and put your body as close to the ground as possible without touching the ground. See how long you can hold it! It will start out relaxed and then become difficult, and then amazingly hard, all in a short period of time. It just keeps getting harder and harder to hold your body up. I just did 60 seconds and it was amazingly hard. I involuntary collapsed at around 60 seconds. See how long you can do it, try really really hard and see what u can do. What are your times? Oh by the way my weight is 130, make sure you tell us what your weight is, I wonder if that makes a difference.
