Hello I'm in college and have run 4:31 for the mile and broken 17 for XC 5k's
I want to run the 200 and 400, I feel compelled to do so. I plan on returning to distance some day but I want to have some sprint pr's most distance wouldn't.
In high school I was 55flat for 400 and 25.5 for 200
Im thinking sub 48 for the 400 and sub 22.5 for the 200. Is this reasonable? Im just going to do the Clyde Hart thing, how long do you think before I could approach these times?
