I weigh 210 pounds and I'm 6 feet tall. I've lost 15 pounds since I started running last year and I know I need to keep losing more. My times are gradually improving, but not as much as I want them too. How much should I weigh before I know I am as low as I can go? 200 pounds, 180, 160?
Any ideas?
I have run everything from 5k to 26.2 miles to a 50k ultra, but would eventually like to run a sub 3:00 marathon.
My marathon PR right now is 5:00!
