Im 17, run around 35 mpw. Here's a sample of some of the sessions i have been doing. What times can i run from 800m-3k?
4*200m 90 sec 200m jog (3mins)
4*100m 30 sec 100m jog (2.5mins)
4*200m same as above (4mins)
1*400m
27/28 for 2s
13/14 for 1's
and 60 for the 400m
10*400m off 90 second 200m jog
70 72 68 70 69
68 69 69 67 66
8*400m 90 sec 200m jog
68 69 69 67
69 69 68 63
