I ran this today and the times were ridiculous --- 6 guys 3:50 or under. To give you an idea how fast it was, they went out in 53 through 400m. Obviously the 180 ft elevation drop over 1 mile is the reason for the fast times, but those times are still insane. The top two girls were sub-4:17, too. Based off the PRs of the top runners it's reasonable to say it took off about 15 seconds from your time on a track. I guarantee within the next couple years someone's going sub-3:40 on this course.
