A few months ago when it was still cold I ran a track 10000 wearing pink tights and a t-shirt that said in pastel pink, blue and white: "Runners! Enjoy your happy running life!" Everyone else was wearing racing gear. I won in 33:17 and the two guys behind me both fell on the track after they finished. I went back and said, "Thanks for the race guys! Great job!" Should they hang 'em up? This is a true story, not a trolling effort.

Regardless of what you did, anyone running over 30:30 and falling on the track should hang 'em up. And no, I haven't run that fast, but 33+ isn't fast enough to make you fall over.
