The Diamond League meet I want to attend in Europe looks to be sold out already. Is there something like stubhub for Europe where you can buy tickets? If not, any suggestions about how to get tix?
Thanks in advance.

Bump.
Specifically, I'm looking for 1 ticket to the Aviva Birmingham Grand Prix in the UK on July 10th.
Suggestions anyone?
maybe you should look at the meet website next time before you ask...

maybe you should click on the tickets link and realize they're sold out and hence my need for something like stubhub in Europe before criticizing me as if I made an unnecessary thread.
Any other suggestions?
...Do they have Craigslist over there...
Scalpers, or ticket tout.
You could try viagogo.com, not sure they'll have anything though
I've been to 3 big meets in my life:
(1) Brussels 2000. Paid about 50 euros for a so-so seat. Bought the tickets on mail order 6 months in advance. One of Michael Johnson's last ever races before the Sydney Olympics.
(2) Brussels 2001. Bought a GREAT seat down low, home straight, from a scalper outside the stadium, about 40-45 euros. Saw Boulami's 7:55 steeple and El G vs. Lagat in the 1500, with both going 3:26. El G missed the WR by 0.13 seconds.
(3) Zurich 2004. Bought a lousy seat (actually standing area on the end zone) from a scalper. About 25 Swiss francs. Saw El Guerrouj's last ever loss. (Lagat won)
I advise you to just go to the Stadium. Tickets will most likely be available outside the stadium. Probably more expensive if Usain Bolt is running!
Something strange going on here as I was sent this link:

..but says not available
Will check further:

It\'s sold out
Thanks, all, especially for the viagogo site. Wasn't aware of that one. That's the kind of thing I was trying to find.
I know laws are different in different regions. In Great Britain for this Birmingham meet, would buying a scalped ticket on the street be illegal? Or discouraged?
