I suspect that it was Fosters knee that hit Hassan's foot knocking it into the back of the knee. If that is the case, then Foster's case is hopeless because the only way your knee can hit the foot is to be too close. Foster did NOT have position and ran recklessly by being too close in a race where he thought he could lurk and use his 800 strength/speed to qualify.
