Ok so I strained my hamstring back in january. Rested and xted for 2 months, when to PT for 2 months, have been fairly consistent doing my stretching and exercises prescribed, and took off the 3 weeks as reccommended by my physical therapist.
But my hamstring still sorta hurts. Definately less than before, but its sore. I think. or maybe its just weaker than my other hamstring, although its the same difficulty doing leg curls.
I dont think taking off more time will help, instead its probably just going to take more time in general.
What do you guys think?
Should I just go ahead and start running again (just like 30ish mpw and building up form there to reach the 60mpw i was at pre-injury)
