I am a guy, going to be a sophomore for the 2011-2012 school year. I work really hard at running, but I am extremely slow. My 5K PR is 20:39, my mile is 5:58, my 3200 is around 12:30. My half marathon PR is 1:53
The most I have ever ran in a week Is 35 miles. My highest month was 135. How can I get faster? Any advice would help.
