How do you justify this Dan Waters hire? If you refer to the 32 page NCAA infractions case from September 22, 2005 against Texas Christian University, you will find that Dan Waters is listed numerous times.
Dan Waters was listed in their findings as
"assistant coach B" in their findings.

This case was headed up by Mr. Gene A. Marsh,Chair, Committee on Infractions,University of Alabama School of Law.

Congratulations!! I can't think of anyone more deserving of going to the next level than Dan Waters. He is one of the most hard-working, dedicated coaches out there. I don't care what any of you have to say - he is a fine coach and will undoubtedly turn that program around just as fast as Henry did with his staff at A&M. Waters was a part of that success and now he will prove himself as a winner and leader at Alabama. I have nothing but respect for that man and wish him all the best!

Is the current Alabama staff any more of a shit staff than the one the Pat Henry took over from at Alabama. A&M had a good throws and distance coach and always had good sprinters. Their women's head coach was shit and should have been fired long before he was finally let go.
