I am about 180lbs and 6'0 .
I recently started training for the 400m about a year ago and noticed that the lighter I am the faster I run - I got down to 170 but then got injured and was out for 2 months - started training again and want to get skinny in next 2 months and willing to try anything that won't increase my risk of injury.
For the record I have never run more then a very slow 800m warm up and warm down for fear of killing me speed (I come from 200m base) so maybe this is something to try - also diet is crap - any suggestions?? Willing to try anything!! Will keep letsrun posted daily on results and what works best!
