For those of you who've done the workout 3 x 300m all out, with full rest (i.e. 10 minutes + between reps), did the sum of the 3 reps come close to your current 800m time.
For example, if you ran 40, 41, 41 for this workout, were you in 2:02 shape?
And before you guys get in to the "it's only one data point" and all that other stuff, ya I get it. I'm not advocating that the sum of the 3 reps is your 800m, I'm just curious to see what the experience of the board is.
