solinsky should be in this to get pulled to a fast time, yeah i know everyone is going to say, but he is tired for pacing part of the stanford 10000 last week (he is not tired from that as it is easy for him to run about halfway at that pace).

Understood, but I think Cram is either getting lost in the moment or he's alluding to in the 3K where Yenew has been dominant. There's not enough history with him in the 5,000 to be making sweeping statements about his historical place there.

Yes, I would agree with this...Alamirew looks as if he is taking the torch from Bekele, and may win some international championships, but that in no way means he will have a career as stellar as Bekele or Gebrselassie.

Alamirew has the ability to accelerate to get quick separation, as almost all champions need in their arsenal on the track...
