Today I did a 600 at 4:30 pace and got it right on. Next is 10 minutes of walking recovery followed by three 300s with 1:50 recovery at 44, 45, 45. Then another 10 minute walking break. Finally I did 3 200s with 1:00 recovery at 31, 28, 31. I am a sophomore in high school. If anyone can help on predicting my 800 it would be very appreciated.
