He has been running every day in Kabul.
He has always been in great shape (was a boxer, ran 3-4 times a week, did a 61 minute 15k) but never ran everyday, especially not at moderately high altitude.
The race was in 80' weather and was at about 6000 feet.
I would like to tell him that he should be be even happier than he is about the race, so I am looking for an altitude conversion.
