I must be an easy gainer because I bulk up by doing bodyweight push ups, pull ups, etc..
Is there any ways to limit bulking while doing BW exercises?
Doing it explosive? long rest?
I am a middle distance runner and dont want to get too muscular.

How many miles per week are you running? What is your height & weight? Body fat%?
Geez! I WISH i had your problem! I'm trying to gain 15 lbs of muscle and was told to limit my running to 1-2 days a week.

Avoid eating protein.
Do less pushups and pullups?
Describe a typical workout and people here might be able to help...
My hight is 185cm, and I am 78-80kg Low bodyfat maybe 6-8%
BW session is typically 3x25 push ups. 5x5 pullups, some coreexercises.
maybe strength training is not the problem, but caloric intake. But I really hate to restrict calorie intake.
Running 30miles pr week. But many of them intensive.
In short my qestion is: Is there some training methods (set, reps, speed of movement etc..) when doing BW exercises which will give the benefits of BW exersises without putting on too much muscles?
An example: I guess. 3 setx7 reps pullups til failure will build more mass than 7 setx3 reps, But both methods will give same benefit
You can't gain weight without a calorie excess - whatever kind of exercises you do. If you're gaining unwanted weight then eat less.
you def ain't bulkin up from a grand total of 75 pushups and 25 pullups a session
I just browsed over this article and it may be of some use to you. It's written by a coach for the United States Merchant Marine Academy’s Rugby Team. His goal was to make his athletes as strong as possible without packing weight onto their bodies because they had to conform to the Naval height/weight standards.
