Like what I read about the shoe. Anyone yet run a marathon in them yet? I normally run in saucony fastwitch 3 so I'm interested in comparison.

The 890 is more of a light trainer than a racer. NB does have a racing flat coming in another couple of months.
The 890 is a neutral trainer. The Fastwitch is a posted flat. The 890 does feel very stable though. The sizing between the two is way different. Check the shoefitr guide. From that and trying them on, the Fastwitch is much narrower in the forefoot. They are almost as light as the Fastwitch. I don't know about being for the Marathon, but they are a good shoe that is easy to run fast in. Worth a try.
The 890 is a great lightweight trainer but it is not for racing. It doesn't feel that fast to me.

I would agree with this. I should say that it is easy to run fast in, but it doesn't feel fast like a racing flat. It is lacking the 'pop' that many of the racing flats have.
