I'm following Jack Daniels 1500-3000m training plan and my workout for today (P II) was:
3X1km at I 3:50-1min rest/
4X400m at R 79-400 jogs My actual pace was 77-78
1X 1mi at I 6:20, my actual pace was 6:18
Finishing this workout I was hardly out of breath, no more so then after recovery run. My question is: is this just and easy workout? Or should I increase my paces (V-dot), if so by how much?
