What she's doing does not look like a good fit for someone coming from a sprint background. It looks more like what has happened to USATF Coaching Education. Maggie deserves better than this.

Actually, I'd tell her to talk to JJ Clark, John Cook, or Terrance Mahon (who already has Pierce and Uceny, and don't forget that Uceny ran 1:59 indoors this year). Gray has coached KD, but I'm not sure he's coaching elites since he's been at UCLA. But I think I'd put the job Gray has done with Primm up against anything Rose Monday has done.

and also, i think Rose Monday will be a great coach for maggie. I think a female coach is just what she needs to keep her focused and honest with her training.

I believe Gray was coaching Solomon before UCLA. But whether Gray is open to new athletes is a different matter.

Of course, Johnny has taught Primm to race like he did. Run fast times early in the year and then when the championship race comes, win the race to the 200m metre mark and then fold like a cheap tent.
