Depends on two things:
how fast you do them
how aerobically fit u are
73% aerobic (+/- 15%), 27% anerobic (+/- 15%)

-HM speed (94% aerobic)
-10k speed (90% aerobic)
-5k speed (80% aerobic)
-3k speed (60% aerobic)
And, "anaerobic" as:
-1500 speed (50% anaerobic)
-800 speed (67% anaerobic)
-400 pace (83% anaerobic)
-200 pace (95% anerobic)
Short intervals with short rest are primarily aerobic. But a pace workout @1500 pace is 6X400 with 1 minute rest, not 2 minutes.
6X400 @ 1600 pace with 2 minutes is probably mostly anaerobic, because the rest is too long (heart rate drops too much) to keep the aerobic system engaged. It's probably largely anaerobic work and not good work at that. Cut the rest to 60-70 seconds or go to 20X200 with 30-45 sec.
