Only 5 seconds off the American Record...
5 seconds per lap... -
She's so hot
-
Paraphrasing a former NFL coach:
"You run to win the race"
Nicely done, Sara Hall! -

She is obviously in the second go round with Coach Greg. His BS lasts about a year and then the bottom falls out.
Welcome to the club. You join the one and dones of Lemoncello, Fagan, Gotcher, Burrell, Higgins....................
Who currently is running well that has been with Greg for longer than a year? -

So, consider your athletes failures if they don't near a PR, or record, for ever race? Winning easily is not enough for your athletes? Those are guarantees to a short career, and numerous injuries. A win is a win. -
I honestly don't understand the hype behind McMillan. I saw him speak at the super distance summit and his training seemed very simple...he even said he was an exercise physiologist thay wanted to be a coach. But he is young and has time to make a name for himself.

good job to sara! she might not have the best hurdling ability but when u are much faster than your competition in the flat events you can beat them in a steeple, much deserved.
mcmillian is def overrated. look at how shitty bedell ran. with her ego you'd think she would be sub 10 automatic if not automatic 9:45. stick to blogging bout food.
their other steepler houlihan is injured tweeting bout alter g running every 3 hours. good luck to these ego driven C runners.
Let a simpson, pierce or even a aguilera step in one of these steeples against these chicks and it won't even be close.
hall is easily a top 5 US steepler after this race. A 9:50 this early on i def see her in the 9:30s by usa's -
This is a great step in the right direction for her. She may even have an outside shot at the Olympic team in steeple.
-
Maybe she's (finally) found her event. Did she ever run it in college?
-
she can definitely benefit from barringer and pierce's success in other events since beijing. If niether of them go for the steeple, the event seems wide open
-
Does anyone know when Bridget Franek will race again?
-
The Halls are turning into the Gouchers.
-
she ran at the oregon preview in the 2k steeple.
sara ran a steeple in college once i believe but it wasn't that fast. i could be wrong tho as this may have been early in post-collegiate career.
mcmillians girls just get hurt or they suck. end -
Why the heck is she running the steeplechase?
-
rekrunner, go eat a D

not if it's in a college race and you're a pro. -
I'm gonna go eat at McD's in a little bit.

Wouldn't that be crazy if Sara raced in London and Ryan was shoebag totter? -
