I have noticed lately that because I sit at a desk for 6-8 hours a day, my hip flexors are much more tight than they used to be. I have been thinking about and researching several different solutions (physio ball chair, stretching ~10 minutes of every hour, etc) and came across something called a kneeling chair. It looks as though it would help with keeping the hip flexor more stretched out during the day, but I am not sure how comfortable it would be. Here is a site to give you an idea what I am talking about:

My questions are,
Has anyone tried a kneeling chair? What do you think?
How do you keep your legs and back loose if you have a desk job? Any other suggestions or what has worked in your experience?
