Skinny tough guy get his ass kicked on camera!!!

There was another thread on this, that seems to have gotten deleted for some reason.

I love the taller skinny "tough guy" who so courageously comes in at the end to face up the big kid.

He's lucky the big kid walked away, because he probably would have put up a better fight, and therefore would have gotten hurt much worse.

If it is true what I heard, that the big kid got suspended and the little kid didn't, it is a travesty.

I just love this. The big kid won't be picked on again the rest of his school years.

It was admirable the way he behaved. You could tell he was terrified when the little shit started it and he still didn't hit back, until the scrawny little weasel hit him one time too many and the big kid said "no more".

That's a difficult video to watch, I keep thinking the skinny kid is going to get dropped on his head.

The big kid could have killed the bully, to be fair. You can't let a kid get away with bodyslamming someone face-first into the pavement. I'll bet school officials were like, "Listen, we know it sucks for you, but rules are rules, sorry."

I find it hard to believe that the skinny kid didn't get suspended as well though, he was the attacker.

The big kid got 4 days, the tough guy with the sore ass got 21.

We spend all day talking about something and then some moron gets on here and posts something 14 hours old without even looking to see if it had been covered.

Schools are run by liberal, unionized, Democrats. Democrats love crime and criminals, not victims, justice, and self-defense. Therefore, victim instead of being praised as a hero gets punished, the criminal goes unpunished. And that folks is why so many inner cities are crap.

No, the bully got 22 days suspension while the Beast only got 4. I think the 4 days is fair. You cannot let the Beast go totally unpunished, and 4 days is more like a little vacation.

Bully should have been expelled.

Apparently Bully's parents are suing the Beast and the school.

That's utter nonsense. The fact is that kids are getting punished more and more in schools now, even for minor offenses. There are all sorts of ludicrous zero tolerance policies.

Actually no child left behind has left for more children waving in the wind than it helped so your point is moot. If you don't want teacher unions great, but there needs to be across the board de centralization, aka no medicare, no medicaid, almost all government workers, the military, and how the banking system, and large corporations are treated as individuals and not left to the social darwinistic model.

Your attempt at saying democrats love crime and criminals, is actually the opposite, with the potential decriminalization of marijuana that would cut down on numerous of the current overcrowding issues. In fact if you are thinking because republicans typically vote with the gun lobby, and private security contractors, they are in anyway making the world a more peaceable place you clearly are not seeing the entire picture.

No child should be fighting, it only propagates more violence if not handled right away. If anything I would have expelled the twerp, the big guy for a year gets to spend time with his disconnected parent at work, as well I feel like the child filming and those cheering on should have been suspended at a bare minimum for a week. I am a democrat, how is that for swift justice.

As a skinny little smart-azz zhithead in middle school my first order of business was to make friends with guys bigger than me and more importantly the black chics who matured early and could kick everone's azz.

Little kids parents should have taught him some simple social skills. Instead they will find a pocket to sue and someone to blame.

To those who think the big kid's response was disproportionate:

You might not have any idea of what this kid's been through. Maybe that one response represented 10 years worth of terror and humiliation.

Like I said on the other thread, the skinny kid is lucky.

There is no indication that if the little kid were not disabled by the big kid, that he would have stopped his assault.

And I don't care who you are, when someone is punching you to the face, you've got to defend yourself by disabling them for a sufficient period of time to enable you to leave the situation without further risk of harm to yourself--hence things like pepper spray. Even a little twerp like that, if he thumbs your eye, could give you a serious injury. It's not worth risking.

Then again, he could have just sat on the kid, while taking off the kid's shirt and pants and using them to bind his arms and legs, and leaving him unclothed and bound while he went to fetch some authority figure.

But a body slam worked equally well, maybe better. It might have been better to play on the bully's playing field. If it were the US and the bully got humiliated, he'd come back packing. Then again, maybe in the US the big kid would have come packing one day after years of abuse.

As among kids, I actually think this was settled in the appropriate manner. The skinny kid KNEW the big kid was a preferred target, and set out to humiliate him in front of his peers. He KNEW what could happen. He's lucky it wasn't worse. It's like the thin skull rule--you take your victim as you find him.

Not only did he "find" him, he sought him out, and targeted him. Kids can be really cruel. I don't think I'd expel or suspend either of them. I'd try to find some other way to manage the situation by integrating the kids through the medium afforded by the school environment.

Part of me laughs at the smaller kid for being a prick, but then another part of me actually feels sorry for him. Smaller kids always feel like they have something to prove and usually develop a mouth to compensate. It sure backfired on him.

In the 7th or 8th grade, I had yet to hit my growth spurt and in class on day a teacher was out. I forget what happened but somehow I was challenged by one of the bigger guys to prove I knew karate (I didn't but had lied about it once). He picked a bigger guy (but from a poor family) just like in the video. Lucky for me he never fought back and just stood there humiliated crying as I danced around making "karate" punches on him. This still haunts me and even moreso when I heard he died a couple of years ago from a heart attack at age 40-something. This is one of my skeletons that I am ashamed of and who knows what resentment he had towards me until then end of his life.

I guess the kid got a deserved physical hurt but he'll recover. (Still be pissed but recovered) As pussy as this sounds, I have an emotional hurt for allowing myself to be manipulated because I was small and too weak in character to stand up to those prodding me on.

Judging by their accents, this wasn't in the US so I don't know why you guys keep acting like it is.
