You should be able to, I've seen similar workouts (sans the 2 easy fartlek and last 200's) translate to anywhere from 4:53-5:05, so you're definitely in that area at least.

8x100s yesterday
and 8x200s in 31-33 sec.
I did them back to back to get used to running on slightly tired legs.

i did 9 @ 69 68 68 69 67 63 64 64 63.....and i can hardly break 5 right now..even though its not hard..i just cant go faster....maybe ill go 4:40 and 10:20 tomorrow

I did almost exactly the same splits for this workout (except with 1:30 rest) earlier this week and I've run 4:47. You've got this.
