I used to run back in high school, now I´m 26 and me and a friend have entered this vertical race. this guy runs his 5ks in the 18´s and i want to beat him.
I´m in ok shape for someone who hasnt been running, I ran 55 min today at 7:20 pace.
the race will be on april 10.
should i just try to finish it, or is it to run a competitive race??
does anyone know how to go about training for it??
all sugestions are welcome.
