Yes.
For that reason, I think the pace might be fairly honest as people aren't going to want to run 4:30 with 20 people in the field.
I'd expect a few DNS after the mile/5000.

anyone else see the virginia tech male miler run about 20 yards inside the rail with ~80 meters to go? He made the final by getting 4th, but that might need to be revisited.
Loxsom, Primm, and Greer all failed to qualify from their 800m heat.

Greer was off the back early, and the pace wasn't that hot. Wouldn't count on him to run well in the DMR. Didn't see Fleet's run.
