purvis is certainly not a pipe dream. her DQ from pac-10's last year in the 200 (after scratching the 100 in favor for her better race) would have turned things around last outdoor season, esp. since TA&M picked up so much help in the womens 200. you don't seem like you keep up with your collegiate sprinting though, cause you'd know youngblood and purvis are certainly in the running for a title if they perform well. alex going out can serve as a motivation for the group and i think/hope it will! once again, go ducks. the best thing in eugene isn't UO, its voodoo donuts. chump

Kids in colleges are often surprised when they have to study and are forced to skip extracurricular activities. I know I was shocked. The profs for my major were all from the U of California, USC, Cal Tech, Stanford. I barely got C's studying 12 hours a day and on weekends.
