i. warmed up for 30 minutes doing drills in his spandex jock strap suit
2. stretched for 30 minutes
3. 2x300 with 10 minutes rest (32,33)
4. 1x'grab himself' and lunge, followed by frog humps with gay partner.
5. removal of spandex jock strap suit for throat yells and squats.
pretty cool stuff, man is he fast.
