Question for you Hadd experts, or even Hadd himself if he hangs around here anymore.
Why does Hadd have you do 90-minute runs?
In the "Hadd's Approach to Distance Training" document, he talks about the rat studies proving that 2 hours was better than 1 hour, but 90 minutes was no better than 60.
(page 9): Hadd states "Although Dudley found that 90 mins was not better than 60 mins, Holloszy had shown that 2hrs was definitely better than one hour."
So, what's the deal? It seems like based on this info it would make more sense to either do 2 hour runs, or 60-min runs, but not the 90-minutes.
