have you used them in a marathon or half? any feedback?

Fastwitch is sick, so light and comfy. I ordered the endurance version today.
Best racing shoe in my opinion. Used to run in the Magics from Asics
Got a pair a month or so back of the fasttwitch and i am enjoying intervals in them.
Light & fairly cushioned for the roads unlike others I've tried.
New Peg Racer is nice as well. good marathon shoe.
Fasttwitch could go track to roads
Is this shoe wide or does it come in wider widths? Tinman
Saucony normally has a snug heel..wider toebox..
Love them. About 500 miles on the current pair, which I use as my everyday trainers. Heels have held up real well; front is worn down much more. They run narrow in the heel, which has been great for my \"b\" width feet.
One of the best shoes I have ever had.
ran a marathon in them the first week of april. hardly any calf pain. lower legs are completely recovered now, it's just my quads that are shot.
The Fast Twitch Rock!
i concur with everything tmk- said. i've been training in them for
just over 1 week and they are awesome.

saucony's are sick, most underated of any brand. my fast twitch are phat
Yeah....saucony makes great shoes.......I mean Grid Stabil...best training-shoe out there for overpronators, very durable, another great shoe is T-Aya.
The only bad thing with saucony is their spikes....they suck. A spike version fastwitch would be nice.
I've only done a single run in mine so far (an 8 miler in training) but I liked them. I have a feeling I'll like them more as I use them more.
Someone needs to do a bit more quality control though. The weight difference between the left and right shoe is noticeable, more so than any pair of shoes I've ever owned. About 10%
saucony shoes are usually too wide for me but have the fasttwitch speed, wich is the same last as the endurace, great fit. its done on there performance last so is narrower than their other training shoes
A Saucony guy who is a letsrun.com visitor sent me both versions of the fastwitch to possibly use in the Olympic Marathon Trials.
I didn't use them in the race as I had never raced in Saucony shoes before.
But I've used the shoes since then in training and for a few easy runs.
No complaints on my end. Seems like a good racing shoe. I haven't been doing too many workouts because I've been injured so I definitely can't call them the best racing shoe ever. But it seems like a racing shoe that is light yet has some structure and stability to it.
Roadrunner has both versions (endurance and speed) for $79.99 with free shipping. The endurance version I believe has a little more stability but I haven't noticed much difference:

Wejo: Why don't you seek a saucony sponsorship?
Im sure you could get one, you are better than Eddy and Teddy.
Holabird is cheaper
i've used these twice in to race the great race 10k....
they are awesome to race in but i have suffered severe arch pain the day after. i have fairly flat feet, maybe they aren't suitable for the pounding racing incurs. i do train in them 5-8 miles but not at intense paces like my 10ks...sub 45 mins.
Used them in my last marathon, they were great. Very comfortable, good "roll." I tested them at 2 diffferent paces, one for 18 miles and then gradually seguing to a 90-seconds-per-mile slower pace for the last 5 miles (that part wasn't planned).
I am about to run my second marathon in them. They have been great and are a perfect weight point vs cushioning for me. I was looking for something in the 7-8oz range that would allow me to swap the insole for my ortho.
I have very narrow feet, ave arch and slight pronation but they are just right for all of the above. I would use them for races 10 miles and over as well as most of my fast work during the week.
Go for it!
