I think you are way off on both times.
With a 700 in 1min43 and what you did before, I would probably say that you can run the 800 in 1min54-1min55 at least.
For the 1500m, I can't give you my opinion, it depends on your qualities. You can be fast but lack some endurance. I've run a lot of times in 1min50 but I have difficulties to run under 4min (already did but not an easy task and my PR on the 3000 is 8min43)

If you can run a 700 in 1:43, why are you doing the other reps so freaking slow? Because based on the first workout I would say you weren't very good, but that 700 is much better. What's the deal?
