Is this stuff worth using? All of the information about it seems like it would be perfect for replacing glycogen after longer runs or workouts.
Could it be something that could be used during a marathon or other longer race. A lot of research talks about how during a marathon it's not really worth taking in anything (elite level) because it takes too long for your body to use it. Could waxy maize be a way around that? It's supposed to be delivered almost immediately to your muscles...
Anyone use it? Results?
