2010 was a rough year for me. I had surgery in the summer and could not begin to jog until the fall. Depression set in and getting out to run has become harder. I just weighed myself and was shocked to see that I was 180. In good shape I am 160-165. The problem is I feel soooooo uncordinated when I run right now. As for my diet I know I need to cut down on the junk I have been eating. But Pepsi is my weakness as I dont drink coffee and that is my fix. So will I drop weight even if I am running pathetically slow for an hour a day for 6-8 weeks at say an 8:30-9:00 pace. Regular training pace is 7:00-7:30. I just need some good feedback. Oh, I am going to see a therapist because I know I have some form of depression and that has had an effect on my energy levels. I had blood tests recently and everything was normal.
