#usaxc this weekend!! It's been 5 years since I have run an #xc race....should be interesting.
Not sure what coach is thinking since everyone knows I only run 5k; and we all know I don't run 10k...so how am I going to run 12k?

Haha, I just saw that. So good.
That was sweet. Go Teg.
Troll is not a catch all term.
Teg, it is OK as long as you don't stop at 10k! (don't ruin your reputation)

HA!

Why is this so good? I'm not saying it's a ridiculous statement or anything, but people seem to be praising these words like they're moments of genius. I don't get it.
Use the forum's search feature with Teg and 10k and you'll see.
Dear Teg/Solinsky,
10k has a good bit of history in the US. Billy Mills, Gerry Lindgren, Frank Shorter, Nenow. Let's not discount this distance as a "if you're too old or slow to run 5k or 1500m" event. I think Teg and/or Solinsky should seriously consider this event. Let some of that Billy Mills magic help you guys at London.
Outside of Bekele, the 10k is wide open as far as I am concerned and there's not many you can't beat in that event.
He's not trolling, he's lurking you idiot!

Dear Teg/Solinsky,
As I recall, Solinsky already tried the 10k, and he did pretty alright in it.

'cause "Teg don't run no 10k."
Search the quote above. It's a letsrun meme.
I will be there in person so I'll position myself at the 10k point (5 complete laps of the 2k course) and loudy call out as he comes by:
"Mr. Tegenkamp your 10k time is xx:xx"
I think you need to have a Teg runs the 10k sign
Rumor has it he'll just Tempo Run most of it and then pull off the course at 9.9k.
What does that have to do with Trolling?
trolling is a art
So Teg on here from time to time (who knows if he really is) is trolling
You on here hours a day is being a fan
boom!
