Trying to figure out what is meant when the term "breakdown" is used when describing an interval workout.
For example, if I say I'm running 3x1000m Breakdown, what does that translate to you in terms of sets, reps, rest, pace, etc. In this example, would 3x1000m breakdowns be equivalent to 3 sets of 500, 300, 200 (longer rest between sets, shorter rest between reps?)
