A few weeks ago, I got a new pair of shoes that were really tight in the back. After a few runs (3), they were really really hurting my ankle, so I stopped wearing them and got a new pair of shoes of a model I'd trained in before. My ankle pain didnt go away, but got worse. Now, anytime I wear shoes, it is excruciating to move my foot. My ankle is fine without shoes, if it weren't in the 20s and covered in snow outside, I'd find a grass field and run barefoot. Please help someone. How can I get my ankle to stop hurting when I wear shoes?
