So I'm looking at a Jay Johnson routine on Youtube and I see a sample video from the "Strength Training for Athletes who Run" by some outfit called "Running Research News." The sample doesn't look that bad, but the DVD is $129.97!

Does anyone know anything about this DVD or this group? I'm not likely to spend $130 on a DVD one way or the other, but is this a serious group or is it like the guy who says Dathan could run under 2 hours if he just learned how to run right?
