Fr - 6am (7:32s) / 8pm (7:00s)
Sat - 10am w/ 24 short hill sprints / 4.5pm (7:22s)
Su - 20am (6:54s) - last 4 miles quick. 6:20, 6:11, 6:03, 5:58...
Total Mileage - 116
Highest Mileage week ever and it came with relatively low effort. I think I just had more free time this week which allowed me to run A LOT. I have a lingering pain in my left ankle (probably from Ragnar), but it's obviously nothing to keep me from hitting the roads. I am coming down this week, so hopefully it will work itself out.
