Went into a running store to get fitted for new shoes. Apparently I overpronate a lot and have been using neutral shoes. I put about 400 miles on them though, and really had no problems. But I figure it's time to get a support shoe anyways since I'm looking for a new pair.
The guy that helped me said I have pretty flat feet, and brought out some shoes for me. He recommended the Lunar Glide and Adrenaline maybe. They both felt pretty good.
Anyways, I went online later and see the the Adrenaline is a 'very supportive' shoe, where as the lunar glide is more of a moderate supportive shoe.
So what's the deal? I can't really tell how much support I need but I have flat feet. Will I be fine if I just pick any support shoe, regardless if it's minimum support or maximum support? Because the running store guy showed me ideal options that were both for mild to severe pronators it seems.
